Bad Boy MZ Magnum zero turn won't start

Hey Fellas-

My 54 inch Bad Boy MZ Magnum zero turn riding mower quit on me. It's model BMG5425KO. I turn the key and it just clicks. Battery is good. When I jumped/shorted the starter solenoid, it cranks. I thought it might be a bad starter solenoid, so I replaced it since I had a spare one. Still nothing. It just clicks. Could it be the ignition switch? I'll order one and give that a try. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There are small terminals on your solenoid , one is ground the other comes from your key switch, and should have 12 volts when you turn the key , if it sees 12 volts and does not engage the solenoid and turn the engine over , it's your solenoid .
you can jump 12 volts straight to that terminal and bypass the ignition switch to test.
Some solenoids only have one small terminal , that is the one you need to throw 12 volts on.
