B&S 17 tooth starter

Looking for a B&S 17 tooth pinion gear or complete starter OEM model 698162. The B&S motor is a 21M317-0115-E1. It is on our Ariens 36” snowblower. Need above or any possible alternate solutions. I can reuse the electrical regulator attached to the motor as seen in the photo.

So dang frustrating trying to repair anything Briggs lately.

Thanks. I did with no luck. The actual pinion gear is fine, just the black plastic part that connects to the back of it exploded. Wish there was a way to McGiver something like it to make it all work. There’s got to be something out there that would be close enough with a little work to make it all work. Getting frustrating at this point. The motor is great and the snowblower works fantastic!
