Ya on the cable I think its two 10mm that's the cable adjustment usually when you replace the cable it takes a little tweaking and over time you need to adjust it once and a while as it ages
Thanks but I've adjusted that every way from all the way in to all the way out and it made no difference. I even loosened it and let it hang slack and nothing. I need to retrace my steps and figure out what I did wrong. I installed a blade brake cable, the drive cable, pinion gears, and two new rear wheels. Thing is I've already checked and rechecked all of that.
I have to swap the engine... well
everything over to a new deck because this one is cracked and I want to sell the mower.
I plastic welded the crack and I think it's good to go but buyers aren't going to like that.
The engine and handlebars will be easy. How hard is it to get the transmission out?
Maybe the wheel lockup will fix itself during the swap
