Strange. It is listed the TP-2377 carburetor manual and you did order the correct kit per it. Check the needle for ringing and the seat for damage.

Thanks a bunch for the help! I have a 30 page "manual" bookmarked. In it there's a data set marked in RED "Preliminary copy of carburetor reference manual".
It doesn't have the kits column. I ordered K1 and new float. I have the 25 757 11 already. K1 is more specific, I think. Hope it has correct valve.

You crank the motor with your finger holding the float up
Fuel stops flowing before the float touches the carb and all is well .
Or flip he carb over and pressurise the inlet
The weight of the float on an upside down carb should seal off 5 to 7 psi
The welch plugs are only needed to be removed if NO FUEL was flowing so a blocked hole can be cleaned .
