Well it's been another lawn boy adventure! I got the mower going on thurs last week but it started running funny like it it had internal problems. So I disassembled the whole motor and the needle bearings on the crank and push rod were really sloppy and was missing one so it only had 31 instead of 32. So I got those today as well as new crank bearings upper and lower and upper an lower seals. I had it open so I just replaced everything. I also degreased everything and cleaned the exhaust ports and put a new capstan lower gasket. I got it back together about 5 tonight. It started right up with the electric start! It is so tight and easy to start since performing the overhaul! The governor was set a little too high too so I lowered that and this is by far the best lawn boy engine ever made!
