675 series will not start

My 675 series would not start. I checked to make sure there was not a problem with carburetor. I changed out the flywheel key. Wow it starts and runs. But when I stop motor to dump bag, it doesn't want to start. What could possible be causing this?
 
Now let me get this straight you installed a new key and it ran. Then it quit again. Sound to me like you didn't tighten the flywheel tight enough.

I am just making a guess. It sounds like to me you striped the flywheel key and then it happen again? If that is the case I would say that isn't enough? I don't even know what you have for a engine much less what the flywheel nut torque is. Did you hit something the first time it happen and that was the reason you replaced the flywheel key? There could be many reasons your engine doesn't run?

It is possible I ran over something. I replaced the flywheel key and it started 5 x's no problem. (but it sounded like something was loose) then the fly wheel nut came loose. changed out the fly wheel key again (torque @55) started fine but the next time I tried to start it would not start. Put it up for a day or so and she starts right up. but shut her down and she doesn't start. I am at a complete loss. Help!!!! I don't know what else I should check or change
