OK, following advice here, I drained my tank, and got it absolutely clean. I cahnged my fuel lines and put in a new filter. Dis-assembled the carb, float and needle. blew out and got all spotlessly cleaned. put it all back together. poured in clean gas, through a filter jsut to be sure. All started leaking again instantly! Im going out of my mind!!!
Hmmmm

With the carb off the mower & inverted the float weight alone should stop you from blowing into the fuel inlet
Usually it will take better than 5 psi
to shift the needle

The only other thing that could be wrong is the actual hook up

Try swapping needles around as a temporary test. This is for lawn mower engines only, not heroine.

You can use water to leak test with. Just blow is all out when you are done. Again the needle needs to be wet.
