Mower doesn't run have spark what are the timing marks are they still dot to dot

they should be dot to dot still, Did you check the flywheel key?
what the engine model number?

I have the timing marks set at. The. The flywheel key is fine I had the engine apart everything looks good Highmark set dr. It has the plastic cam

When I try to start it I heard some mild popping through the car it has plenty of spark I checked the Piston the Piston is fine

Yes overhead value I checked the clearance is st at 6 on in tr make and exhaust

This is a pretty dumb question, but is it possible to put the coil on upside down, way early ignition?

It is possible for the coil to be on upside down.
Try flipping the coil over.

I'm 100% positive coil is correct , my cam has the compressing release on it and working properly but hard to get proper compressing reading

People have said that before too, and turns out the coil was on upside down.
