Now that you have added some new information the last items on my post do not apply.
You definately have an electrical problem .
And it screams out seat switch
To take this any further I would need the full engine number and the full mower numbers off the ID tag so we can get the wiring information for your mower.
Some ZTR's use a seat switch delay module so the engine does not cut out every time you go over a bump.
Your problem sounds like one of these but that is of course dependent upon your mower having one.
Some seat switches are a tad more difficult to bypass than others to prevent idiots injuring themselves.
