It was either "Buy 5 more coils",

or else give the model/type/spec numbers off of your engine, and at lest a few scant details about anything!!!!!

You would actually recommend someone buy a new coil with the sparse info supplied? And if he replaced said coil,
and it ran great for an hour or two, then died again, would you claim any success there? Would you buy him a new coil, and then find out what burnt it up? Even on the long odds that the coil was the problem? Coils are not cheap, but bad advice here is.....

Replace the coil.

Sorry about fish
Do not leave because of him like so many others have done.

He lives in a special needs home and getting on here helps him to stay calm.

I have no idea what the hell is wrong with his mower and don't care to know.. The list can be long. Just something that came up in my head.. I also don't know how many coils the engine has and don't care to know. It looks like to me you are just looking for a argument so lets go.
