1691427 M/N simplicity 12 ltg problem

The battery keeps draing only when I try to start the mower then recharges a little bit when not trying to start it and all it does is click one time and then nothing I don't think it's the starter. I need help. What's wrong.

You might want to call first and see if they charge for this service, they should not. Next make sure all cables and wires are tight and secured and free from corrosion and rust. Is it an electrical problem or is it an engine problem like the engine is not passing compression stroke and you hear click because their isnt enough to turn engine?
