I took a shot at it again today and I'm really not seeing what I did wrong. The belt is not overly tight, it has some slack and everything else looks right to me, I mean all I did was take the old belt off and put a new one on, so this is definitely baffling me. I did forget to pull on both...

Well when I looked, all of the Belts seemed to be ok, the belt under where the battery goes came off, and I put it back. How can I tell for sure about the things you've mentioned. Thanks !
