    Stens Spark Plugs Card Pack

I was at Tractor Supply today. I was in the mower parts area and looking their spark plugs. They had an extensive selection of Stens card pack plugs. I checked the replacement part for the Champion RC12YC plug. The plug is made in China. Has Stens started repacking Torch brand spark plugs.

    Weed Eating Secrets Please.

I’ve tried moving the D handle down on the shaft. It made my hunched over posture even worse. The Darwin Grip moves your hold point up the shaft and slightly away from the shaft. This makes the operator’s posture more upright.

    Weed Eating Secrets Please.

You are correct. The D handle forces the operator to hunch over. I might end up adding the Darwin Grip to my edger. It works wonders on my weed whacker.

A weed whacker works well when edging flower beds. I can use the weed whacker to edge my driveway, sidewalk, and patio however, the edger is quicker for me.

It promotes better posture for tall people. I bought mine to save my back. Being hunched over, while using I’m 6’2” tall and it certainly makes me stand more upright. I have a good bit of trimming to do, before mowing. For folks who have weed whacker with dual handle bars, I don’t think the bar...

What are the oil filters made of? GOLD

WIX 51394 and NAPA Gold 1394 have a convex shaped base plate. The base plate will contact the oil filter mounting flange before the O ring is compressed. The results are an oil leak at the filter. The hydro filters DO NOT have to be factory filters. Stens, WIX, and Rotary carry hydraulic...

    Hours on a mower

350 hours over ten years isn’t what I would call a lot of hours. Now to the oil. Kawasaki recommends 10W40 under normal conditions. 20W50 is acceptable in high temperatures or if it’s using oil. Kawasaki 10w40 is fine. 10w40 4T motorcycle oil will work. 20w50 v-twin motorcycle oil will work...

Zero Turn with Kawasaki FR651 "Burns" Grass when stopped - What's a good solution?

I had the same issue of grass scorching with a two Toro ZTRs, with the 708cc Loncin engines. I tried to get off the grass, when not moving. For the dust issue with the air filter, at least add a foam pre-filter over the stock filter. If you want to spend some money, you can upgrade to a...

    2500 Compact Deck Flotation Spring

How about a big screwdriver? The deck should be sitting on blocks, as described in the manual. A helper could lift each corner of the deck with a pry bar or you could jack each corner of the deck. That would give you enough slack to get the springs on.
