Is there a hack or something i can use when changing my oil? On my Husqvarna HU700F mower,i tend to get oil on the deck and floor when tilting.Short of buying a pump (i prefer to tilt),what can i do to extend the neck?

Good stuff.I've got 2 good spools of the Titanium myself.However they're kept in a draw in the garage out if direct light. However,I have heard about soaking your line.Haven't had to do that.YET.

That's weird.I have tried to adjust my FS70r ala "Steves Small Engine Saloon".I can't tell a difference by ear,so i turn both screws in til seated and then 1 1/4 turn out each.Seems to run strong but no idle problems though.Maybe check him out on YouTube.Can't hurt.

Same situation w/out the actuator.Mined was twice used then was sat for 2 years.Carb cleaned,oil, and Seafosm overnight in sparkplug hole.Ever since,3 soft pulls to move the oil,then a good half pull.Starts everytime.Just a squirt once a week to eat that carbon.Husqvarna HU700F,gcv 160.

My silver series 10330

I run my mowers for a minute to get the oil warm.Then i have small platic bowl and catch the first pouring out then place it onthe ground and leave to do other things.Later,i'll finish by turning the mower to get oil left.No muss,no fuss,no rush.Works fine everytime.

Alright,alright,alright!!!!!! I did it! I put the whole carb assembly back together guys.I was familiar with the Briggs because of my Craftsman FWD mower.Bit off more than i could chew,but i got it.Husqvarna HU 700F GCV 160 is now on deck.i can only hope it'll be HALF as good as my Craftsman was.

Almost sounds like my situation.I have a LB 10330,RWD.My cable/spring connection has loosened.So i wiggle the little silver piece on the drive bar out some,put a piece of tape on it,and so far it works.Don't know why it happened.

Check me out...carb wasn't bad,so i presume it's the gas lines sitting for 2+ years.After getting it put back i'll know.Going obvious.

I tried that,but it seems it just tightened it.I may need 2 needle nose pliers pulling the opposite way.Going to a dealer today.
