This is what I use for 4-cycle gas (the 5-gal. can) and 2-cycle gas (the small can). They work good.

$20 is what I charge around here unless the snow is very deep.

I used it on my Billy Goat, but it was a little different because there was no "power steering" so you had to muscle the mower around to turn it (so there was one less grip on the handles).

According to a website this lawn is 0.41 acres (and I believe it). As you can see a ZTR would save some time, so if his yard is as open as this one (minus the sprinklers and toys), it would help, but I would still think a walk-behind would be good.

I usually fill it up past that to get the most out of a tank.

Most of my lawns look like this. With the cooler temps (until now..it's going to be 90 degrees until the weekend) and lots of rain, the yards are staying nice and green. People are mowing every 4 days. I can't do it that often, though. :rolleyes:

Yes my Honda HRX has that. You press in the yellow button and push the bar forward to engage the blades; let go of the bar to stop the blades, but the engine keeps running. :thumbsup:
