Yes you are correct. It is a 1959 REO Pivotrim Vintage 3-Wheeled Lawn Mower made by the same company that made the Speed wagon and initiated by Ransom E. Olds ( thus the initials REO ) who also initiated the now defunct Oldsmobile car brand. That is your history lesson for today.
