i have my top end speed on my 10515 at 3000 -3100 rpm when i pull throttle back how do you adjust low speed and at what rpm?

can i use synthetic 2 cycle mix in my 10515 and still run it at 32:1?

ports are not clogged already checked. how does the carb flood i put in new seat and needle and gave it a good cleaning did i overlook something?

I have a lawnboy 10515 1994 leaking mix through the bottom of the deck. I think it might be coming through the muffler via exhaust port. I hope not. if it is whats happening and how to fix. Maybye I'm wrong and it's the bottom seal? any suggestions
