tell the customer she killed the machine and sell her a new one. Serves her right . . . . .
The irony about this entire situation is my nephew owns a stump grinding business.
No mention of stone bocci balls & sand pit next to the stump...???Received this mower last week after the customer said she hit a stump and deck started making loud noises and was vibrating. I think the issue long before she hit the supposed stump.
I once had a neighbor ask me to sharpen the blade on her push mower because it had "stopped cutting good". I tipped it up to remove the blade and was shocked to see the blades were on upside down, and had been used so long the back side was completely worn off, while the sharp edges were like new. "Stopped cutting good"? I would have loved to see just how "good" it was cutting when they were put on new. I wish I had taken pictures.tell the customer she killed the machine and sell her a new one. Serves her right . . . . .
