Badboy ZT Elite FR730v clutch bolt

I have a 2021 bad boy 54” fr730v engine and the clutch bolt loosens falls out breaks the 5 1/2” bolt that keeps the clutch from spinning. I hate already reinstalled the bolt with blue lock tight but that didn’t seem to hold after 1 hr bolt
Fell out again.
Any ideas to keep bolt and washer from
Coming loose?

Clutches have few different set ups to stop the bolt backing out
Some use a split washer and others use a cupped washer
Very common to find the cupped washer on up side down
IT has to go dome to the bolt head so you are flattening it as you tighten
Also they do go flat over time & need replacing .
The crank gets too hot for anything other than red loktite to work .

As many times as that bolt has worked out, it’s a good possibility that the washer was lost.

All,
When the local badboy dealer opens Monday I will get a new bolt and washer with some fresh locktite and use my impact to install. Then verify the torque is to specs.

Will give update to results. Appreciate all the reply’s!

All, this is a delayed update. To last years issue but had to make sure the fix lasted.
So, I took the advise to replace the bolt and used fresh supply of locktite. I have put many hrs on since the new bolt and it’s held up no problems since.
Thanks for all your experience and time.
Mr G.
