I am thinking it’s compression release but i tried the little trick of covering the intake so it starts up but it didn’t work. What else could it be. the starter is new and battery is too. adjusted valves too.
craftsman t110 spins over once but then stops

Does it start and run for just a bit or doesn't actually start at all? The T110 is a very newer mower I believe. $2000 at Lowe's? (a quick google). Adjusted the valves: You've gone far so far

Thinking same thing.
Pull spark plug(s) & try & rotate engine by hand in correct rotation.
