Everride warrior 60 zkw2560 deck belt replacement

For the life of me I can't figure out how to change the deck belt with out removing the top pully on the spindle, or removing the spindle itself. Any help is appreciated.

Yep, I have read this. Doesn't give any pointers. The issue is the double pulley on the spindle where the top pulley is so close to the metal deck, I can't get the belt off the bottom pulley

If you removed the tensioner arm and you still can’t get it off, it’s not uncommon on some decks to have to remove the top pulley.
