Rear Coilover Alternative?

I landed hard in a groundhog hole with my IS2000Z and took out my right rear shock and the left seems to have suffered a bit as well. Local dealer wants $168 each and online goes around $135. The part number is 5023436 and I'd like to replace both but holy crabgrass that's kind of spendy for a pair of shocks. I'm speculating that there is an ATV or UTV coilover shock with the same 11" unloaded eyelet to eyelet length but I also speculate that these things are pretty vehicle specific so, has anyone found or used a suitable replacement to the stock monroe/Ferris shocks?2020-09-04 12.42.05.jpg

Google motorcycle shocks and then get their catalogues
They should have the specs.
FWIW I pay around $300 ( AUS ) for a pair of shocks for old BSA's

Thanks Berts, curious though, it would help to know the specs of the stock Ferris spring and shock.

Any 1/2 decient off road enhansement or suspension specialist will have a damping meter& spring rate tester.
They should be able to give you the numbers.
I would imagine they would be a standard off the shelf damper unit otherwise cost would go through the roof.
However low volume shocks are very expensive it is just an economy of scale thing
