I removed my flywheel to clean the motor. After reassembly the motor is not getting enough spark to crank the motor. How do I test the coils?

Sounds like you need to leave well enough alone.... Did everything run great until you started messing with it?

Sorry, I am new and I should have provide more information! It had a blown head gasket. Repair that with no problem. Ran great, but started smoking again. Check the PVC and found the hose and filter clogged. Clean that and then put everything back together. Started right up with no problem and did not smoke. Went to cut the grass and as soon as I pulled the electrical switch to engage the pto for the mower deck the engine shut off. And now it has no spark at the plug.

Plug, or plugs? Put up your engine's model numbers to start with.
