I have found no info on this.

I posted the pic in a vintage mower group and no one has ever seen one like this.
Does it have a tag anywhere with numbers on it?

Maybe some more pics.

I haven't found any tags on the frame only on the motor, type: H55A-1196 and serial # 8931945. I will take more pictures and post them. .
