ZTS 6000 zero turn mower deck will not run

I have craftsman ZTS 6000 zero turn. The motor runs fine until I engage the mower. The blades do not turn and it kills the motor. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Slip the belt off the deck and try turning the blades.
Chances you will have something jambed around or under the blades.

Do you have the electric clutch ? These mower have safety switches that will kill engine if something is not right. Check safety switches with ohm meter and do check to see if you have a fozen pulley. That's a good idea to remove built and see what the mower does. It's a process of elimination and you will find it.
