ZTR Drive Belt

I have a Craftsman 44" ZTR. The drive belt has popped off. What is the easiest way to put it back on. I can't reach up in there from the bottom. There is one 3/4 bolt in the middle of the back which looks like it would allow the engine compartment to be raised to allow access to replace the belt. Is this correct?
