Zee 1 2342 Weak Left side

Hello all, first post here, been a lurker for a bit. I have a 2012 DC Zee 1 that has a weak left side. I have seen multiple posts regarding the belt routing causing this issue. I also believe I saw a service bulletin, or possibly just belt adjusting memo from DC. I decided it was probably best to take it in and have my belt changed and adjusted correctly. I dropped it off and when I went to pick it up it was worse than before. Left side now barely pulls and the shop is saying it is my drive axle rather than the belt routing. Does anyone have access to the correct procedure for setting belt tension on this model? The shop denies any impact from left to right side regarding belt tension. I can tighten belt and it works great for a while, so I am sure the belt is the problem. Any advice on how to proceed? Thanks.

Okay here is a question. Did they install a raw edge belt or a cloth covered belt? OEM belt is a raw edge 1/2 x 67" belt. Trying to use a cloth covered in place of a raw edge can create slippage issues.

Also LH hydro are known for failing before the RH ones but considering the age it might just need an oil change. Worth a try at least.\ before condemning the unit .
