Shoot, they even ran it out of the shop and onto my trailer while I was doing the paperwork. I don't know about your dealer, but I feel like they will fix it totally. I have never head of a new one having those issues. I can't even imagine a dealer putting a new mower in service without checking the fluids in it. There had to be something left loose on it from the factory i would think that allowed something to leak out.
 
Certainly hope so. So many dealers out here today that don't seem to care of the customer returns or not. Lets hope his isn't one of those.
