Z149 dies with parking brake off

Toro Z149 zero turn, new to me, got it running but it dies when I take the parking brake off or obviously the lap bars from neutral/park.

Found a wiring diagram that shows a seat tilt switch inline with the seat switch. I do not see this on mine and from searching seems that it may not be on all of them. However if anyone knows where I'd find it let me know.

Connected grey and brown wire from seat switch together to rule that out. Tested ignition switch and ABI and XY have continuity in ON position. Tested parking brake switch and it's good.

Looks like the seat and tilt switch run to a delay module. Looked it up and I believe Ive located but not certain how to test it. If there's anything else I should check let me know thanks.

Am i correct that when running:
1) seat switch is open, as is the tilt switch
2) Power to p1-a
3) p2-c is then not powered per #1 assumption
4) p1-b is always grounded

Thank you. I don't believe I have one. So it's irrelevant. I will go through and test my PTO switch.
So far
Ignition, brake switch, neutral switches, and seat switch (wires tied together) have been ruled out.

If the starter relay works (since it runs) would that rule out the kill relay?
 
Just use a simple test light to check each connection point. You are looking for 12v at all test points. Start at the kill relay and work back until the light lights up. Then you know it good to that point and has to something between it and the last test point.
 
All test points...sorry but that sounds vague to me. What are the test points?

Unless what you mean is follow the X, Y, and I, circuits from the ignition switch looking for 12v until there isn't 12v, and at that point determine why - be it due to a switch position, faulty switch, short to ground?
 
Went through and checked the ignition, PTO, seat, fuses, regulator, and delay module connectors by back probing.

Seems I have where I need it except one fuse shows 12v at both sides with the fuse removed, but not voltage at top of the fuse with the fuse in.

And the tan wire at the ignition, seat switch (not tied to the brown wire), and the tan wire at the delay module shows 5-6v. So I'm assuming an ignition switch issue.
