Can anybody please provide some guidance?
The fan is above the drive belt pulley and directly below the battery compartment.
Please tell me correct name and part number and/or a repair video or Manual?

It is a part of the transmission called
Tuff Torq Transmission Cooling Fan 1A646083050
Husqvarna used to list them as Fan 578 97 48-01
I think you will find the husqvarna part will be 3 to 4 times the price of the tuff torq one

You remove the C clip on the top and it will pull directly off
Naturally the battery & battery case needs to be removed to access the clip.
On some you can get to it by removing one of the rear wheels.

A comment on the part reviews stated,
"Replace the spring washer that sits between the fan and belt pulley when you replace this fan"
They didn't list a part number. Does amybody have the part number for the spring washer?

last time I bought a new fan , the washers came with it
Then again it was a JD part
Ring Mulligans they are good people to deal with & tell them you are replacing a fan on your tranny
They will ask you for the tranny number which will be on a sticker
Usually 3 of them, one on each axel housing and one under the seat.

When looking down from the battery compartment, under the cooling fan, there is a pulley that holds the drive belt.
My drive belt is stuck BELOW that pulley. My belt looks like its in good shape and i want to remove it without cutting it off if possible.
Do i just yank it up/force it up (to replace iton the pulley), or is there a different reccomended way to dislodge it? Im concerned about damaging that pulley.

Basically yes.
Set he parking brake so there is the maximum amount of slack in the belt
If there is a belt retainer, remove it
The pull the belt off the pulley all the way round so it is loose
following that roll it up onto the pulley where it belongs.
Check the entire length of the belt for damage .
Also check the two idler pulleys on the clutch for wear or damage.
If the belt was jambed in very hard then it can be damaged internally and will continue to jump off the pulley unless you are careful with the clutch/ brake pedal & release very slowly.

So im going to try to force it up. (Roll it up onto the pulley. Theres a really tight gap between the pulley and the (metal next to it) must have taken some force to squeeze down and past that.

The guy i got my mower from said the V belt keeps jumping off.
Im hoping that by replacing the cooling fan which was damaged that this will take care of that.
Guessing maybe fan got caught and he kept adjusting the belt without addressing the fan.

Im a mechanical newbie and have just been watching youtube videos.

If the belt has been jumping off the pulley a lot then it is buggered so get a new one .
While you are under there have a good look at the belt guide # 225 in the diagram below
These can get bent so in place of guiding the belt onto the pulley , they guide the belt off the pulley.
Yours looks a bit funny in your photo.
Also check the pulleys # 50 & # 52.
They should all spin freely smoothly & quietly, if not replace them
Next have a good look at the bush # 186 and the hole in the plate # 189 that runs on it.
The bush flogs out over time then wears the hole in the plate oval allowing the belt to tip & twist.

I find it soooo much easier to work on these if I stand the mower vertical as everything is there in front of you,
You can also work in a comfortable position and nothing falls off on your face.
Take plenty of photos before you remove anything and don't hesitate to ask.

The picture on my avavtar is of the placed drive belt. Is there a tensioner or is that belt just too big?
Can anybody please advise?

Not many of us view our screens through a microscope.
Th avitar image is 1" x 1" so no one will see any detail in it.
The drive belt goes slack when the brake is one and is pulled tight by the spring # 161 in the previous image when the brake is released .
If the spring is not there it won't drive.
