On the front Axle, bolt broke. Should replacement sleeves and/or bolt be lubricated?

I my opinion No as it only attract more dirt leading to faster wear. And the bolt and bushing are installed they stay fix and it is the axle rotates on the bushings not the bushings on the bolt.
But can add a little between the bushings and the axle if you wish but never seen any used.

is the bushing oilite or plastic? If it is oilite the proper way to install it is hold you thumb or hand over one side, fill it with oil and then squeeze the center until pressure pushes oil thru the bearing. That will impregnate it with oil for its life. If it is plastic that doesn't work. Oilite is also known as sintered brass or sometimes even similar in sintered steel.

I don't know if it is but I'll try and identify when it gets here in a few days. But couldn't oiling it like that possibly get on bolt threads when installing?

Well a Husqvarna "support" person told me in chat tighten front Axle pivot bolt to 35 ft lb maximum
