hi my name kevin i live in northwest nj.my yard very uneven and rocks seem to come out ground all season.every summer i go trow about 4 blade pedestals.my yard is about 2 acres . not open all kinds fruit trees.i do not have money to have yard excavated.is there blade pedstall mount thats not aluminum out there. thank you kevin haynes.

What part are you referring to when you say "blade pedestal"....
Deck Spindle ??? or is it a blade adapter of some type that you are using???
What is failing? :smile:KennyV

deck spindles ,the blade mounts to it and to deck.the 4 mounting tabs break off.

I dont think there is any other housings that you can but have you tried fitting a metal strap from one bolt on the housing to another bolt so you have 4 straps around the housing..
The straps might stop the housings from cracking.
