You need to realize that you bought the cheapest.JD that they make. Why would you think that you’d get first line support? You need to get a life and realize that you only get what you pay for. Or didn’t your parents teach you that?
I suspect that was to be a reply rather than a new thread? And in the John Deere line the more expensive models aren't that much better until you really get into the big money.
I guess I did ok with the 740R I bought last year. It was definitely big money, more than I intended to spend on a mower, but I wanted to be sure it would last with 3 bumpy acres. So far no regrets, great machine.
