yellow button on blade clutch keeps disengaging

i have an old honda hra 215 lawnmower that when i mow the lawn it keeps on dis engaging and i don't know how to resolve this problem

Those are pretty straightforward and mechanical in design. Just a little adjusting would be the ticket.
