Did this mower just do it all of a sudden or did you work on it like taking one of the rear wheels off? If the latter did you leave the key out of the rear wheel?
Provided the model numbers posted are correct. I have never a MTD single speed CVT transaxle to have anything other than double "D" axles so there no key to be lost.
