Mower deck YardMan 42 in deck blades

Put new spindles and blades on 42in yardman and blades hit. Parts peple say they are the right blades, Any ideas?

You will have to provide details and model numbers, The blades have "star" holes??? Correct??? You need to put up all of the model numbers off of the mower, and the part numbers of what you have purchased...........

Did you tell them what year your model is?
MTD uses different size blade on some of their 42 inch models.

figured it out. It uses shorter blades than the guy had on the machine. Thanks
