XT2 deck belt loose - blades have very little power when engaged

Noticed blades do not engage quickly and fully. If the lawn is thick at all, mower does not cut fully. Belt is loose. Pulleys seem fine.

It is 46”. I just finished putting a new belt on the deck. That seems to have fixed the problem.
