XT1 46"deck

I have 2 XT1 cub mowers with 46" decks Models: Older XT1 13APA1CT056 and newer 13AQA9TTA10
I think I have the wrong blade belts - they keep falling off. Both say they are 108.3" I need new belts for each - hope someone can help point me in the righ direction.
 
Looks like both call for the 754-05022A or 954-05022A belt which according to SBD is 108.3 length. Are you sure that all belt guides are in place and not bent. Missing or misaligned belt guide can cause the belt to come off when the deck is disengaged.

Everything looks good on both decks yet that exact belt keeps coming off
Weird they both look loose
I may experiment and buy a 107.5" belt

Yup both are on. I wonder is the belt supposed to ride on that rod? There is room for it to come off the pulley and pull through. I was thinking of bending it up a little. I bought that 107.5" belt so maybe that will help. Hope it disengages correctly.
 
Watched a video which seems to show why my belt is falling off. The pulley brake may be shot which allows the pulley to move to far. Going to check it out.
