I just converted my mower from a rear bagger into a mulcher. Removing the mower deck and putting it back on is really pretty easy. So now the motor starts good and I can drive all over the yard, but when I go to engage the mower it bogs down and stops. So am troubleshooting.
Would anyone know about what appears to be a vacuum hose going from the switch to a port on the rear bagger chute? The boot on the port is dried and cracked and the hose doesnt engage the boot very well. Does this look like something that could cause the mower not to engage?
