X 300 stalls after 20mins and hot, can keep running if I play with the choke back and forth, replaced fuel filter loosened gas cap, no difference, spark same hot or cold compression same hot or cold, leaning towards Fuel Pump or Fuel solenoid, suggestions bought in 09,

Yeah I would check the fuel flow with a suitable container from the fuel pump first.

Check the fuel pickup in the tank. Spiders like to hide in funnels, they get rinsed into the tank. Found a granddaddy longlegs an inch up the pickup tube once.
