I have a Craftsman YT3000 riding mower. Transaxle K46BA.
I raised the mower and stood it on the rear wheels to cleaning the bottom of the mower.
Once raised the front end letting all the weight sit on the rear wheels. I swung the mower
around to lean against a wall for support. Once finished, let the mower back down on all 4s.
Now mower will not move forwards nor reverse. Does anyone have an idea?
Oh yes, I have checked the shifter linkage, and the other linkages. I even removed the bezel on
the shifter to see if thats not letting it go into gear.
That is the way I always work on these mowers so I can stand / sit comfortably when working on them
The only problem like this I have ever had was a drive belt falling off the rear pulley because the belt guard was missing
Some hydro drives will require purging because air can get in the system
