I just recently received a Black & Decker rechargable lawn mower as a birthday gift from my grandchildren. Do I need to do anything special to it before I put it away for the winter?? Just doesn't seem right to just put it away......

clean under the deck...
that is not going to take much ... but the deck is a lifetime warranty so it's made to shrug off rust and corrosion...
that is a nice mower.
Has a 36 volt battery that is going to last approximately the same number of months whether you keep it charged or just recharge at the start of next season... mow and look forward to doing the same next spring... :smile:KennyV

Just for good measure and peace of mind, you might want to consider spraying any exposed metal parts with some WD-40. Might also want to sharpen the blade now so it's ready in the spring.
