Will Honda 3810 seat fit or be modified to fit an H2013?

Hi all,
I have an older H2013 with a seat that has no outer covering, just the interior foam. Replacements seem expensive, but a good condition seat with mounting for a Honda 3810 tractor is available... question is will it fit?

If you have the foam go to a fabric store pick up some vinyl. And recover it it'll be a fun project
