I have had to repair the bags on my Tiger Cub several times. I use a soldering iron on the torn ends of the threads to stop them from further unraveling and I use a heavy black thread and a needle to close up the tears. The needle that I use is larger than the thread holes in the plastic bag bottoms and I enlarge the holes with a small drill bit so I can get the needle and thread to pass thru the holes. I keep the bags in the same positions and it is usually the L/H bag that I hang up on rocks etc and need to periodically repair. Replacement bags are over $100 each and without the frames, so I'll repair them!!!
