where does this wire go? lol

I did a meathead thing.....I tore down a mower someone gave me, cleaned it up, fixed things, and repainted it. Well.....what I did not do is take a pic or write a note on where a certain yellow wore plugs into. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Im not familiar with the particular mower but judging by the pic's I'd say ......... since it's near the rear tire area the best bet I would guess is it's off of a safety switch, check your seat safety switch, and more likely a switch by the shifter linkage , most MTD & Murray products Ive run accross use YELLOW for safety switches Does the unit run ...?? ...... Boobala ....:smile:

From the location of the wire I would almost guarantee that it connects to the reverse safety switch. If you look next the the bottom of the shifter there is a rod between it and the tranny. In that neighborhood you will find a metal spring like tab about two inches long that gets pressed when you move the selector to reverse. It has a wire tab on it to connect your wire.
