Where does this spring go?

Took carb apart to clean, went to reinstall and found this spring laying on the deck. For the life of me, I can't tell where it goes. Anyone have an idea or better yet a pic with the spring in place?

there is a lesson to be learned here ... use a CAMERA ..... BEFORE disassembly ...during disassembly & after
it will save your a** , and many headaches ....take lots of pics.... leave a reminder note on/in your toolbox ..!!
 
Pic may or may not have helped. I don't believe it was even visible to take a pic of. IPL doesn't show that spring either. Been doing mower repairs for the better part of 20 yrs. Always something new comes up. :confused2::confused2:
