Where does Honda spring 16593-ZM0-000 go?

This came off of a Husq mower with Honda GCV160 manual choke engine. I can't seem to figure out where this spring goes on the control arm of the choke mechanism. Screenshot 2024-02-24 at 8.45.31 AM.png
