When i push the lever to start my blades turning...

I get it up to the position but the blades will not turn.. I keep giggling moving the lever it some times will start the blades..
hit a big bump and it will dis engage.. I keep adjusting moving it will start..
WHAT might that be to fix it.

Sounds like either the wet clutches are out of adjustment or low on fluid. Take it to a dealer and have them diagnose/fix it for ya.

those PTO switches have a lot of amps running through them

could be a bad wire moving around when you hit bumps, look for chaffed wires or loose connections, but if you have to wiggle the switch for it to start working again then its most likely the switch is bad, the switches are not expensive to replace

What is make and model of mower. Electric clutch or belt with moving pulley to engage the blades?

what is it? ZD326 or ZG327? I don't recall a ZD327??
