What year is my sportlawn 21?

I just picked up an old sportlawn 21. I would like to find out how old it is. The serial number on the mower is 10313 401889. It also has a briggs and Stratton motor which would like to find out about. Again, I would like to find out what year it is and how much horsepower it's rated at. The motor model number is 61102. The type
is 0133 01 and the serial number is 6312303.

Engine was built in 1963 and the mower was assembled in 1964.
