Looking to upgrade to a zero turn. Currently I have a cub commercial walk behind 48 hydro with new kawi motor. Pumps are starting to make weeks sounds. One pump has been rebuilt recently. Looking to get allow end commercial zero turn. Looking at ex mark pioneer e series, Scag freedom z, and the hosted fastrak super duty. Looking for a 48 inch cut with a kiwi motor. Not sure which one is better or will cut better. any thoughts or comments would be appreciated

I'm not up on Exmark, but I've been looking in to the other two. Scags are great machines, they have the name appeal for sure. Both have ZT3100 drives. Both built like a tank. Beyond that, I go Hustler. Why: better and bigger hp Kawi FX engine, foldable ROPS, bigger caster wheels, stronger warranty, super simple maintenance layout..

I think I'm leaning more towards a hustler or an ex mark. Have both dealers with in 10 minutes of me. I think both have about same warrentys. But hustler has life time deck and frame. Ex mark doesn't. I love the cut of the ex mark. And it strips pretty good too. Hustler cuts good too but doesn't strip as well imo. Not sure on price of either one. Doing to look at the ex mark tomorrow probably.

If there was a toro dealer by me I would look at them.unfortunately there isn't. I'm leaning towards the hustler but I haven't really herd a lot about them. Everyone around me uses exmark , Scag, or walker. At work we have a super z and the deck is great on it and will do a great job. Gonna look at the ex mark tomrrow

Actually out of the mowers you mentioned here, the Exmark , Scag, or Walker the Walker would be the best and most expensive. If you like the Toro mowers then the Exmark is what I'd go with seeing how Toro owns and makes Exmark. The big difference between the two would be the Toro uses the Turbo Force deck and Exmark uses their own deck, I believe it's their Titan deck other than that there basically the same mower Exmark being more expensive. The mowers you've chosen are all good mowers and you wouldn't go wrong with Hustler.

If you're looking at these 2 models. I'd also consider looking at the Gravely Pro Turn series.

I have never really been a big fan of gravely. Seen them cut and it looks terrible.
